Did you know that construction is one of the best industries for jobs?

Construction has over 1,157,100 million employees—that’s nearly 1 in 10 Aussie workers.

Even though covid has changed some job trends, construction will always be essential.

If you’re considering work in construction, you’ll have plenty of choice in different roles.

Unlike some other lines of work, construction also lets you upskill every few years to higher paid work.

Here, we’ll show you some of the best course out there for construction jobs.

How to choose your construction career

If you’re not sure what type of work you want to do, that’s okay.

Construction is an industry that allows you to change roles as you grow and upskill.

One way to get a taste for the different roles is by doing a pre-apprenticeship or certificate 2 in construction pathways.

The important thing is not to get stuck in your indecision.

Chances are you will like your choice, but if you don’t, at least you’ll be closer to knowing what your skills are and what type of work you prefer.
